Our Assistant General Managers are leaders who support the General Manager and team to ensure efficient restaurant operations and a premium guest experience. They oversee all restaurant functions, foster a strong hospitality culture, lead by example, promote positive culture, and are eager to grow with the company.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading by example and embodying our core values and culture.
  • Attracting, hiring, and developing team members who align with our values.
  • Communicating policies, priorities, and operational changes effectively.
  • Driving sales and financial goals by removing barriers to success.
  • Scheduling labor to meet business needs and guest service standards.
  • Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
  • Maintaining high food quality standards through strong BOH and FOH execution.
  • Addressing performance issues through coaching and counseling.
  • Contributing ideas to improve productivity, retention, and operations.
  • Training and developing team members.
  • Performing administrative duties accurately and promptly.
  • Supporting catering and community initiatives.
