We are excited to open our new Green Lemon St Pete location, projected for late summer/early fall 2025! Candidates selected for this position will need to train at our South Tampa location first. Training & new store details will be discussed during interviews.
Our Assistant General Managers are leaders who support the General Manager and team to maintain efficient restaurant operations and deliver a premium guest experience. They oversee all restaurant functions, develop a strong hospitality team, and promote a positive culture.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading by example and embodying our core values and culture.
- Hiring team members aligned with our values and capable of creating great guest experiences.
- Communicating policies, priorities, and operational changes effectively.
- Driving store sales and financial goals by removing barriers to success.
- Scheduling staff to meet business needs and ensure excellent service.
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensuring high food quality through strong BOH and FOH execution.
- Addressing performance issues through coaching and counseling.
- Contributing ideas to improve productivity and operations.
- Training and developing team members.
- Handling administrative duties accurately and promptly.
- Supporting catering and community initiatives.

Pre-requisites:
- 18+ years old, legally permitted to work in the U.S.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in hot/cool environments and in a fast-paced setting.
- High standards, delegation skills, and willingness to learn.
- Certification in FOH positions, Food Safety, and leadership assessments required.
