Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager is accountable for the successful operation, growth, and prosperity of an assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant through the execution of People, Sales, and Profit.

Primary Duties

• People: Assists the General Manager in developing the restaurant team, utilizing internal development processes, performance management, and other systems to meet operational standards, team performance, and financial goals.
• Sales: Builds relationships within the community, participates in community affairs to build brand awareness, and executes marketing plans to increase sales.
• Profit: Maximizes restaurant profitability by maintaining effective management practices, controls, and promoting a safe environment for guests, team members, and investors.
