Condado Tacos seeks expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Assistant General Managers to support the General Manager. The primary focus is overseeing daily operations, staff, sales, and guest experience, engaging actively with all roles and serving as a resource for teams.

Minimum Qualifications include a passion for service, 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, willingness to work nights & weekends, and familiarity with relevant systems (preferred). Physical requirements involve standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity for extended periods.
