Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary with bonus potential

Condado Tacos seeks expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Assistant General Managers to support the General Manager. The primary focus is overseeing daily operations, staff, sales, and guest experience, engaging actively with all roles and serving as a resource for teams.

Key daily focuses include:

1. Prioritizing guest experience and quality standards
2. Maintaining the restaurant's vibe and setting standards
3. Talent recruitment, training, and support
4. Serving the community as friends and family
5. Adhering to health and safety standards
6. Assisting in controlling COGS, labor, and budgets
7. Scheduling staff based on strengths and business trends
8. Collaborating with GM on initiatives
9. Participating in hiring, training, and HR compliance
10. Supervising side work and opening/closing procedures
11. Managing inventory, ordering, and food tasting
12. Other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications include a passion for service, 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, willingness to work nights & weekends, and familiarity with relevant systems (preferred). Physical requirements involve standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity for extended periods.
