Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage operations hands-on in a high-energy environment. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure flawless execution of every detail, oversee service standards, safety, and sanitation, and coach a diverse team across shifts.

You will interview and select staff, maintain staffing levels, respond to guest feedback, and drive community engagement through catering initiatives while keeping the operation clean

• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.

• • GM: $80k - $95k + Monthly Car Allowance
  • AGM / Chef: $75k to $85k

In the Pit

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and dining room. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
