Run the Shift, Build the Future
- Partner with the GM to ensure flawless execution of every detail, every shift, by every team member
- Provide direction, coaching, and development on food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation
- Ensure consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls
- Partner with the GM on financial performance, action plans, and new company initiatives
- Interview and help select team members, keeping staffing at the right levels with the right people
- Respond to guest feedback with urgency and turn every recovery into a raving fan
- Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales
- Keep the operation clean, stocked, and ready, from the smoker to the front door
This Is Who You Are
- 5 + years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Hungry to grow into a General Manager seat and willing to earn it

- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

- Competitive Base Salary for our leaders:
- GM: $80k - $95k + Monthly Car Allowance
- AGM / Chef: $75k to $85k

In the Pit
This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and dining room. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
