Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at our Columbia, MS location. You will lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction while coaching a team of 20–45 employees.

Responsibilities include inventory management, cash control, and maintaining brand standards, with prior quick-service or management experience preferred. Must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through cost control, inventory, and cash procedures.
• Lead guest service to meet speed and accuracy standards in a clean facility.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to improve performance.
• Direct operations for quick, accurate product preparation and delivery within speed guidelines.
• Oversee inventory, orders, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
• Perform Hourly Shift Coordinator duties as needed.
