The ideal candidate is 18+, flexible for shifts, and ideally holds ServSafe and/or Alcohol certifications. A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Alcohol certification and ServSafe is a plus.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Guide guests safely and professionally through the dining room to their table while engaging in friendly conversation.
• Provide hospitality over the phone or in person, including wait times, directions, reservations, to-go orders, or questions.
• Create positive first impressions to build guest loyalty.

Job Description

Reports to: Management

Summary: Provide exceptional, perfectly-crafted Guest experiences every visit through personal interaction and execution of service steps. Be an instrumental team member by relentlessly committing to being clean, fast, and friendly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• “Set the stage” for an exceptional dining experience by guiding our guests safely and professionally through our dining room to their table while engaging in warm and friendly conversation
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction whether it be over the phone or in person. This may be in providing accurate wait times, directing guests to the restrooms, taking reservations, receiving to-go orders, or answering questions.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return from guests
• Putting the guest first at all times
• Approachable, smiling, professional and courteous
• Be a team player with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
• Take pride in providing timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for.
• Assist with cost controls of inventory, stocking, and pars
• Provide high attention to detail with the cleanliness of entryway glass, floors, counter area, exterior walkway, and everything within guest view
• Offer our Loyalty Program to every guest, every time

Education & Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Alcohol certification and ServSafe is a plus
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts
