Job summary

Easter Seals TN is seeking a Rest Area Attendant to perform contract duties within state timeframes and ensure rest areas meet TDOT standards. The role covers restroom upkeep, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and safety compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior maintenance experience is preferred and benefits include PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically and mentally alert to perform duties.
• Maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rest areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Keep restrooms stocked with supplies and cleaned as needed during shifts.
• Report repairs to the Rest Area Supervisor promptly.
• Clean windows, floors, and fixtures on a regular schedule.
• Support safety, health, and sanitation procedures per policy.
