U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated building maintenance services company, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant in Landrum, South Carolina.

This position is responsible for general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the Welcome Center under the supervision of the Project Manager or designated Supervisor.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE Friday to Sunday 3PM-11PM SHIFT

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General Maintenance
• Grounds Maintenance
• Solid Waste Removal
• Empty trash and recycling containers as needed
• Maintain parking lots and sidewalks, including sweeping and snow removal
• Maintain flower beds and non-paved areas
• Clean picnic areas and grills
• Perform building maintenance inside the Welcome Center
• Replace light bulbs and perform other maintenance tasks as needed
• Janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, windows, fixtures, and disinfecting areas
• Maintain floors, including stripping and waxing

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
