Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 5+ years strategic sales and/or large account management experience.
• 3+ years in planning and development of outreach activity supporting responsible sourcing programs.
• 2+ years people management and/or large program management.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize resources across teams to achieve objectives.
• Ability to travel 0% - 25%.
• Proficiency with Power BI, CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement responsible sourcing vision aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage joint-strategic account planning with internal and partner teams.
• Hold suppliers and alliance partners accountable for initiatives.
• Provide guidance to drive incremental growth with Global Accounts and related solutions.
• Conduct regular account reviews and resolve issues.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and SBUs.
• Improve processes to support sourcing strategy with senior support.
• Coach sales and alliance partners to position Wesco solutions.
• Support customer RFP responses with responsible sourcing questions.
• Engage in internal and external events promoting responsible sourcing efforts.
