Job summary

United Airlines is seeking a Responsible AI & Privacy Analyst to support the implementation of privacy programs and regulatory compliance across our digital technology teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data governance, protection, and rights management are embedded in projects.

Ideal candidates have a cybersecurity/IT background, 2+ years in a STEM field, knowledge of AI risk management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with preference for Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science
• 2+ years in STEM-related field or ECDLP
• Understanding of Responsible AI & Privacy standards and regulations local, domestic, and global
• Awareness of AI risk management and mitigation tools
• Skill in communicating with all levels of management
• Ability to perform in a dynamic environment to strict deadlines
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Responsibilities

• Assist team with the implementation of the Responsible AI & Privacy strategy & programs
• Understand and provide daily support in end-to-end capabilities like Data Governance, Data Protection, Data Privacy, Data Rights Management
• Encryption & Tokenization, Data Classification, and Data Security in the cloud
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate compliance areas and document gaps to ensure full compliance with data protection & privacy regulations
• Interpret relevant laws, regulations, policies, and related guidance to enhance processes, policies, standards, or programs
