Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and liaise with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
