GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Ambassador in Chesterfield, MO. The role focuses on welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding guests within office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will work full-time on 2nd shift (1 p.m. to 9 p.m.), with a strong emphasis on customer service and access control. Training, uniform, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have flu and COVID vaccines.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity and guide them.
• Manage access control for the site.
• Conduct regular patrols and identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of people and property.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have FLU, and COVID shots
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
