Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Decatur, IL is seeking a Concierge Security Ambassador to deliver outstanding customer service, welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide people through offices, hotels, and shopping centers. You will manage access control, perform regular patrols, inspect equipment, report incidents, and coordinate with emergency teams to keep people and property safe.

Uniform provided; full-time hours (Thu–Mon, 7am–3pm) with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity; guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and maintain safety.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
