Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking Respite Support Professionals for PRN shifts across our service area. You choose shifts that fit your life, with nights free and occasional Saturdays.

You’ll receive paid training and build valuable experience as you support individuals with IDD. Join a team where you know the plan and routines before your first shift, and where ongoing relationships with families are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD — professional or personal caregiving both count.
• Patience, dependability, and genuine respect for the people you support.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus — we’ll help you get it.

Responsibilities

• Provide Respite to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities — giving families a scheduled break while you keep things safe, engaging, and steady.
• Assist with daily routines and personal care.
• Support community outings and activities.
• Encourage independence and communication.
• Document each shift accurately.

Covenant Case Management Services is building a bench of skilled Respite Support Professionals across our service area. This is PRN — as-needed, no set schedule, no minimum hours. You'll see available shifts and take the ones that fit your life. Nights free but weekdays booked? Perfect. Available two Saturdays a month? We'll take it.

What you'll do

What you bring
