• Assist with maintaining daily routines and transitions.
• Accompany the child to community activities, including swim lessons, open gym, side-by-side play, and appointments.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with the parent.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are seeking a compassionate, attentive, and reliable Respite Provider to support a very active child with autism. This role is designed to provide relief for the parent while ensuring the child remains safe, supported, and positively engaged.

The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and comfortable balancing both active play and calm, structured interactions. This position includes time both at home and in the community.

Location: Suamico, WI

Pay: $10.60/hour (mileage reimbursement available)

Schedule: Flexible; 20-25 hours monthly- exact schedule can be determined with the parent

Key Responsibilities
