ACHIEVE is seeking a Respite Manager in Madison County to lead daily and overnight respite visits, supervise direct care staff, and ensure services meet each person’s needs while maintaining regulatory standards.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a NYS driver’s license with driving experience. On-call rotation is required; 37.5 hours per week.

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and basic math skills.
• Acceptable New York State driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience.

• Oversee care documentation, medication supervision and administration, and implementation of individual support and behavior plans.
