Konnections Staffing is seeking Caretaker/Respite/Direct Support Professional - SFV in San Fernando Valley, CA. The role provides short-term relief to families, with day/evening/weekend shifts and a $800 sign-on bonus for evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities include respite services, updating care results, and maintaining records with proper regulations. Qualifications include CPR/First Aid, TB testing, background check, a valid CA Driver's License, and eligibility to work in the United

Responsibilities

• Provides respite services
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
• Maintaining summation notes
• Maintenance of client records in accordance with state/federal/regional center regulations
• Not performing housekeeping or medical duties like meds or pulse checks
