Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Medical Respite Supervisor to provide clinical and social support supervision and oversee service delivery to Respite clients. The role includes daily operational oversight, staff supervision, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services (or related field) with supervisory experience, strong communication, and clearances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field with 3 years of experience including 1 year as a supervisor or team lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with 4 years experience including 1 year as a supervisor or team lead.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
• Pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide overall clinical and social support supervision.
• Oversee day-to-day operational delivery of program services.
• Supervise staff and represent the program with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
