Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Clinical Lead to supervise and guide a treatment team, delivering psychotherapy, case management, and community-based mental health supports. This exempt, day-shift role collaborates with psychiatrists and staff to access services and resolve client needs.

The position emphasizes recovery-oriented care, staff mentoring, and rotating on-call coverage. Qualifications include a master’s degree and a valid clinical license; criminal/FBI clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year of clinical experience.
• Valid License in one of the following preferred: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• Act 33/34/73 Clearances (Criminal/Child/FBI DHS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct team members; provide psychotherapy, case management, and mental health supports.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and agency staff to support clients.
• Assist clients in accessing services and building support networks.
• Deliver consumer-centered, recovery-oriented mental health services with evidence-based approaches.
• Provide on-call services on a rotating basis ($50/day).
