Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Level III Respite Care Provider to deliver one-on-one care in family residences, CYS facilities, or other approved locations nationwide. This part-time, as-needed role focuses on compassionate support and safety for EFMP family members.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, following the care plan, documenting services, and maintaining confidentiality. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the listed qualifications.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• CNA certification with at least 1 year of post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct documented experience with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one respite care to EFMP family members.
• Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, feeding, toileting, lifting, positioning, dressing, safety supervision).
• Follow the family’s service plan and care instructions.
• Maintain a safe and respectful care environment.
• Document services provided and report concerns as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
