Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Level IV Respite Care Provider to deliver specialized care for EFMP family members with complex needs. This part-time role supports various locations, providing critical medical assistance and ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• 2 years of experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders.
• 1 year of clinical experience for Licensed Practical Nurses.

• Assist with tracheotomy suctioning and tube feeding activities.
• Monitor home medical equipment and ensure safety.

Job Title:

Level IV Respite Care Provider

Location:

Nationwide Opportunities — Family Residence, CYS Facility, or Other Approved Location

Job Type:

Part‑Time / As Needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced one‑on‑one respite care for EFMP family members with complex needs.
• Perform all Level III provider duties.
• Assist with seizure activity support.
• Assist with tube feeding activities as authorized.
• Assist with tracheotomy suctioning as authorized.
• Monitor home medical equipment and report concerns.
• Follow the family’s service plan and document services provided.
• Maintain confidentiality, safety, and professional conduct.

Qualifications:

Must meet one of the following:

• Current Registered Nurse license; OR
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license with at least 1 year of clinical experience; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Nursing or Special Education, with at least 2 years of documented experience providing complex care to individuals with special needs.

Additional Requirements:

• Favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation.
• National Sex Offender Registry Check.
• State and local child abuse registry checks.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on, in‑person skills assessment.
• Online‑only CPR certification is not acceptable.
• Ability to safely provide care to individuals with complex medical or special needs.
