Community Horizons is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support a family in Kimberly, Wisconsin. This part-time role requires dedication and flexibility, with two weekend days per month totaling about 10 hours.

The caregiver will help with activities, supervision, and daily routines in a home setting. Ideal candidates have prior experience caring for individuals with Autism, can pass a background check, and preferably hold a valid driver's license.
