Trusted Health is seeking an experienced allied health professional for a travel assignment in Texas. The role requires ICU experience with ventilator management, nitric therapy, ABG, and potential intubation assistance.

A valid license is required for submission and travel only assignments, with no local postings. Candidates should have 12 months ICU experience (3 months within last year) and Meditech experience is preferred.

Shift:

6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.
• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• ICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• CVICU experience preferred.
• Experience with nitric is preferred.

Unit Details:

• Patient ratios: 36 UOS.
• Equipment includes V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, PB980, Metaneb, EPOC ABG system, Nitric, and AIRVO.
• Typical procedures include ABG, ventilator management, nitric management, bronchoscopy, intubation assistance, nebulizer treatments, and HFNC.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend shifts will be required depending on staffing needs.
• No call.
• There is no typical schedule pattern; travelers are scheduled where staffing needs are greatest.
• Flexible contract hours: 48 per week may be offered for 1 of the 2 positions.

Floating Requirements:

• May float to all areas of the hospital.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver's license required

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
