St. David's Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Tech Student PRN to support noninvasive respiratory care under supervision. The role includes administering treatments, following policy, and ensuring proper documentation within the patient record.

The position involves responding to emergencies, coordinating with the Charge Therapist, and adhering to infection control policies as part of a high-volume clinical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and monitors respiratory therapy treatments
• Administers therapy according to established departmental policy (High Risk/High Volume)
• Responds immediately to emergency codes and correctly manages the airway and external compressions under the direct supervision of a licensed RCP policy (High Risk/High Volume)
• Follows established hospital and departmental infection control policies
• Consult Charge Therapist when in doubt about a procedure or situation
• Records pertinent information on patient medical record.
