Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist by the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Two (2) years of experience as a respiratory therapist.
• One Active Specialty Credential (NPS, ACCS, C-NPT, AE-C, C-PFT, RPFT, PALS, or NRP).

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in day-to-day activities of the Respiratory Services Department and monitors satellites.
• Monitors, evaluates, and coaches daily performance of Registered Respiratory Therapists.
• Adjusts staffing levels per RCIS crewing guide.
