Qualifications

• Associate degree in respiratory therapy.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• NBRC-registered Respiratory Therapist and Wisconsin license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day operations of respiratory therapy units and ensures safe, proficient care.
• Discusses patient treatment plans with physicians and clinical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and department policies and procedures.
• Develops and evaluates standards for assigned units and supports evidence-based practice.
• Assists in budgeting and resource management to balance patient demand with financial prudence.
