Ideal candidates hold an accredited degree in respiratory care, a Wisconsin license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in respiratory care from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• BLS certification at minimum; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, collaborate, and deliver patient care per best practices.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures.
• Communicate care plans effectively within the multidisciplinary team.
• Help reduce waste and costs while maintaining safety and quality.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Work in a team-based setting during urgent, changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charge capture with current technology.
• Adapt to evolving healthcare environment.
• Pursue professional growth and act as a respiratory care expert.
• Use clinical data to refine and implement the prescribed care plan.
