Job summary

ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah, Wisconsin, seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide best-practice respiratory care and education to patients with pulmonary diseases. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure care meets ThedaCare quality standards.

Applicants should have an accredited associate degree in respiratory care, Wisconsin licensure, and BLS/CPR certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required. Day shift, 30 hours weekly, with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers; ACLS, PALS, NRP as required.
• Current State of Wisconsin License Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• High School diploma is required for Oshkosh Expansion Hospital and Fond du Lac location.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, collaborates, and provides individual care through best practices and education to improve patient health.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to standards and policies to provide quality care.
• Applies knowledge to establish and communicate the plan of care for patients.
• Delivers care in a team-based setting during urgent situations while maintaining documentation.
