Concorde is seeking a Program Director for Respiratory Therapy to lead a comprehensive program, shape curriculum, and drive student success. The role emphasizes accreditation compliance, faculty development, and community engagement within the college’s mission.

Qualifications

Minimum of four years clinical experience as an RRT.
Two years’ experience in a CoArc accredited program as an educator or clinical preceptor.
Bachelor’s degree required; valid RRT credential and state license.

Responsibilities

Set the example for professionalism and conduct for program staff and students.
Ensure academic quality of instruction for students.
Recruit, train, orient, and supervise faculty in the department.
Oversee curriculum development and continuing education activities as required by accrediting bodies.
Ensure compliance with accrediting standards and program requirements.
Participate in graduation activities and scheduling; assist with program budgeting and procurement.
Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to faculty and students as appropriate.
