This role oversees clinical practices, equipment, budgeting, quality improvement, program development, and collaboration with physicians, administration, and clinical leaders to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of respiratory therapy (required).
• Registered respiratory therapist with current Washington state licensure (required).
• BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications (required).
• Five or more years of hospital-based cardiopulmonary experience (required).
• Two or more years of leadership experience (required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
