Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager for Respiratory Therapy in Kent, WA. The role oversees 20+ branch locations across Washington and Oregon, leading Respiratory Therapists, Sleep Equipment Technicians, and supervising staff to ensure high standards of patient care.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call coordination. You will drive clinical leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with clinical and sales teams to support provider

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams.
• Experience supervising Respiratory Therapists and/or DME teams.
• RRT or CRTT credential with current state licensure.
• Minimum 5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Strong operational and people leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional clinical teams.
• Ensure adherence to clinical, regulatory, and company standards.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement plans.
• Standardize patient setup, follow‑up care, and clinical documentation.
• Partner with clinical and sales teams on provider in‑services.
• Oversee inventory, equipment handling, and compliance at branch locations.
• Collaborate with referral sources to optimize care transitions.
