Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapy Services leader to oversee operations and coordinate patient care across rehab services. The role requires directing staffing, training, and performance to meet quality and financial goals in a care-focused environment.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical and non-clinical workflows, collaborate with nursing and administration, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving service excellence.

Formación

• Experience managing respiratory therapy operations or department leadership.
• Strong communication with administrators, nursing staff and regional support.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with internal departmental communication and operations.
• Coordinate patient care and improve quality assurance and census development.
• Monitor revenue, productivity and gross profit margins for the rehab department.
• Oversee daily clinical and non-clinical operations, staff hiring, training and supervision.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
