Baptist Health Louisville is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the Respiratory Care department. The role includes directing daily operations, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with NBRC, board licensure, and procedural standards, and provide direct patient care as needed to support operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related field.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Current Kentucky respiratory care licensure.
• NRP and ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS required on hire.
