• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• AMA-approved Respiratory Care program graduate.
• Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist license by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff, conducts orientation and training, and handles administrative tasks.
• Completes time schedules accurately and on time.
• Performs QA audits to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Develops departmental policies and procedures for compliance.
• Monitors staff performance and takes corrective action.
• Coordinates cleaning and sterilizing of equipment and inventory.
• Attends physician rounds and supports staff education.
