Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Respiratory Services department to ensure quality patient care.
• Supervises pulmonary function tests and develops treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts therapy as needed.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and quality testing.
• Participates in new program development with department leadership.
• Assists HR with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
