Pima Medical Institute is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our San Marcos campus as a full-time Respiratory Therapy Instructor. You will deliver classroom lectures, lead lab simulations, and mentor students to succeed in clinical settings.

The role supports ESOP ownership and ties to our commitment to healthcare education. Strong communication, clinical expertise, and dedication to student outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RRT credential required.
• Active California RCP license required.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience as an RRT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and lead high-fidelity lab simulations.
• Coordinate externships and bridge classroom theory with bedside care.
• Monitor student progress and maintain records in compliance with policy.
