Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required for employment.
• Associates Degree required.
• 4 years respiratory therapy clinical experience required.
• Must hold a current state license and a valid RRT credential.
• Direct and specialized knowledge in instruction is required.
• Design and deliver engaging educational content for diverse learners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for instruction and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives clearly.
• Foster safe, orderly learning environments in classrooms and labs.
• Maintain curriculum accuracy aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate student performance via assignments and exams.
• Provide feedback to help students achieve academic and professional goals.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and progress records.
• Deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions on topics and procedures.
• Report on at-risk students and create individualized success plans.
