Job summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an experienced Director of Respiratory Therapy to lead our ventilator and respiratory services program within a skilled nursing environment. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned RT passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and resident-centered care.

You will oversee staffing, ventilator management, policy development, and collaboration with nursing and physicians to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT preferred) in the state of Ohio.
• Significant ventilator experience in SNF, LTACH, ICU, or hospital settings.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ventilator management, trach care, and respiratory protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the respiratory therapy and ventilator program.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and coverage for RT services.
• Oversee ventilator management, trach care, and respiratory treatments.
• Develop, review, and maintain respiratory therapy policies and procedures.
