Connected Health Care, LLC is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Director to lead the respiratory therapy department in Great Falls, MT. The role blends administrative leadership with hands-on clinical support and weekly pulmonary function testing.

You will supervise staff, ensure efficient operations, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and leadership to deliver high‑quality respiratory services.

Competenze

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• RRT credential through NBRC preferred; Montana license required or eligible.
• BLS certification current or obtainable within required timeframe.
• ACLS certification preferred, depending on department needs.
• 5+ years in respiratory therapy with at least 1 year in leadership roles.
• Experience with staff coordination, quality improvement, and healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with pulmonary function testing and related equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving and team leadership.
