Bozeman Health seeks a Respiratory Therapy Manager to guide planning, directing, organizing and staffing the Respiratory Therapy Department under regulatory and hospital directives. The role involves developing therapist-driven protocols, consulting on pulmonary care, and delivering high-quality respiratory care while monitoring department performance.

Availability for variable shifts and on-call is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Montana Licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist is required.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 60 days of start date.
• PALS certification within 60 days of start date.
• NRP Provider certification within 3 months of hire.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a respiratory therapist.
• Minimum of three years in a leadership role within respiratory therapy.

• Assist leaders with broad operations to ensure comprehensive departmental services in compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital requirements.
• Assist leaders to ensure collaborative departmental approach to operational planning, care/service design and Bozeman Health policies.
• Coordinate and assist with oversight of departmental services and continuously assess, measure and improve performance.
• Demonstrate responsible management of all departmental resources.
• Demonstrate clinical/technical and managerial competency.
• Lead, teach, inspire, and model hospital behavioral standards.
• Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
