Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Clinical Specialist to provide direct care to patients with acute critical conditions and cardiopulmonary disease. Under supervision, you will operate respiratory equipment, perform testing, and support treatment plans created by licensed therapists.

You will perform EKGs, monitor ventilators, document care, and advocate for patients while assisting with advanced therapies and clinical procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Performs diagnostic tests such as EKGs to inform treatment plans.
• Assists with monitoring invasive and non-invasive ventilators to support patient recovery.
• Advocates for patients' needs to deliver appropriate care.
• Verifies equipment is functioning properly per protocol to carry out treatment plans.
• Documents care and outcomes to maintain records and improve care.
• Supports advanced therapies such as bronchoscopies for complex cases.
