The Grove of Elmhurst is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled therapy team in Elmhurst, IL. The role focuses on identifying, preventing, and treating cardiopulmonary dysfunction and coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

You will develop respiratory care plans, conduct prescribed therapies, and document patient progress while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a facility known for Gold Seal and Joint Commission accreditation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited program.
• Certification: CRTT, CRT, RRT, or CCT; BLS/ACLS required.
• Unencumbered Illinois Respiratory Therapist License.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to residents following physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Develop and implement respiratory care plans; monitor and document patient status.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure safe, effective therapy.
