Elevate Care in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. You will assess, treat, and monitor residents with respiratory conditions, manage ventilators, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Clinical experience in respiratory care preferred.

• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respiratory Care Management – assess, treat and monitor residents.
• Ventilator Management – set up and troubleshoot ventilators.
• Patient Education – educate patients and families about care.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team – coordinate with physicians and nurses.
• Monitor and Record Data – document progress and outcomes.
• Emergency Response – respond to respiratory emergencies promptly.
