Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Experience in respiratory care in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Respiratory Care Management – Assess, treat, and monitor residents with respiratory conditions, including oxygen therapy and inhaled medications.
• Ventilator Management – Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators for patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
• Patient Education – Educate patients and families about respiratory care and techniques.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team – Work with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor and Record Data – Track progress, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the team.
• Emergency Response – Respond to respiratory emergencies as needed.
