Job summary

You will assess patients, monitor responses, and implement individualized treatment plans while ensuring documentation accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include administering treatments, orienting patients, coordinating with the team, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist required.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and STABLE certifications per role.
• Georgia state regulations may require additional certifications within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments (oxygen, aerosols, chest physiotherapy) per orders.
• Orient patient to treatment modality to ensure cooperation.
• Assess patients and monitor responses to therapies.
• Document all treatments, assessments and responses clearly.
• Manage ventilator settings and airway maintenance.
• Communicate with healthcare team for timely care updates.
• Follow infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
