The Respiratory Therapist will participate in planning, monitoring, and improving respiratory care outcomes within a skilled nursing setting, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with governing guidelines.

Qualificações

• Valid, unrestricted license in state for respiratory therapy.
• Meet educational requirements for licensure.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment preferred.
• Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize and direct respiratory care services.
• Coordinate performance indicators for respiratory care.
• Monitor and report outcomes to Nursing leadership for improvements.
• Lead processes for screening, evaluation, treatment, discharge and documentation for residents.
