Elevate Care is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our Chicago team. You’ll provide life-changing respiratory care to residents, manage ventilators, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Experience in respiratory care in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Respiratory Care Management – assess, treat, and monitor patients.
• Ventilator Management – set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators.
• Patient Education – educate patients and families about therapies and techniques.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team – work with physicians, nurses, and others on care plans.
• Monitor and Record Data – track patient progress and communicate changes.
• Emergency Response – respond to respiratory emergencies.
