A leading healthcare provider seeks a Respiratory Therapist to manage clinical operations, providing high-quality respiratory care. The ideal candidate must hold an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy, have at least two years of relevant experience including critical care, and possess necessary certifications. POSITION SUMMARY:
To organize and coordinate the clinical and technical aspects of Respiratory Care Services and administer all forms of Respiratory Therapy, including consultations on therapy types, materials management, safety standards enforcement, and documentation of care provided.
EDUCATION:
Associate's degree from an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant experience, including critical care; supervisory or charge experience preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Current Registration and Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care, along with CPR and ACLS certifications. Licensed in New Jersey. Strong commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Ability to perform necessary skills and competencies. Effective communication, listening, and group process skills. Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing tasks and stressful situations. Ability to work cooperatively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
